The L’Autre Chemin agency is a member of the Federation of Travel Companies and therefore has the possibility of contacting the Tourism and Travel Mediator through it.
In the event of a dispute concerning the execution of your travel contract, you will have the possibility of submitting a complaint about the conditions of your trip in writing to: L’Autre Chemin – 5 rue Grangevieille – 43000 Le Puy-en-Velay as soon as possible after your return from your trip. If the response to your complaint, no later than 60 days following the sending of your letter, does not seem satisfactory to you, you will have the possibility of contacting the Tourism and Travel Mediator at the following address: MTV Médiation Tourisme et Voyage – BP 80303 – 75823 Paris Cedex 17 or on the website www.mtv.travel

The Tourism and Travel Mediator can be contacted by:
- Directly by the consumer
A duly mandated consumer representative (consumer association, legal protection, etc.)
FOR WHAT DISPUTE ?
Any contractual dispute relating to the sale or execution of:
Leisure and tourism services.
- Air, land or sea transport ticket
- Tourist package (combination of at least 2 services, including transport and/or accommodation).
- Airport pick-up
- Accommodation or restaurant
INADMISSIBILITY CLAUSE
Namely, a dispute cannot be examined by a consumer mediator when:
The dispute does not fall within the mediator’s jurisdiction
- If the consumer does not provide proof of a prior written complaint to the professional
- If the request is manifestly unfounded or abusive
If the dispute has previously been considered or is being considered by another mediator or by a court
- If the consumer submitted his request for mediation more than 1 year after his written complaint to the professional
