The data held by the agency is only accessible by the agency manager and its employees. Only your telephone contact information is shared with hosting providers and carriers for logistical and security reasons.
Digital data: stored on a password-protected computer. A backup is made on a secure external hard drive, subject to the same conditions as the paper records.
Paper records: travel contracts are kept at the company’s premises—5 rue Grangevieille, 43000 Le Puy-en-Velay—in a locked room.
Recipients of your data
Your data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. However, it may be transmitted, to the strict extent necessary, to the following recipients:
Accommodation providers and luggage transporters: your telephone contact details, so you can be reached in the event of a logistical issue.
Insurance company: your identity and date of birth, only if you purchase comprehensive cancellation insurance.
MATOMO Analytics : anonymized browsing data for statistical purposes, governed by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Apart from these cases, no data is transmitted to third parties, whether in France or abroad.
