  • Your identity: Name, first name, height (for choosing bikes) and date of birth (to provide you with suitable advice during your ride and for possible subscription to multi-risk cancellation insurance)
  • Your contact information: address, email, and phone number to help us prepare for your trip and communicate with you. To ensure your stay runs smoothly, your contact information will be shared with the baggage carrier and accommodation providers so they can contact you in case of any problems.

  • Digital data is stored on a computer with a password known to the manager and his employees. The data is backed up to an external hard drive, which is as secure as paper data.
  • Paper data: Travel contracts are stored within the company located at 5 rue Grangevieille – 43000 Le Puy-en-Velay. They are therefore stored in a secure room with a key.
