The Zen Way of Saint-James from Conques to Moissac with shortened stages

Take the Way of St. James between two major abbeys from Conques to Moissac, taking advantage of short stages whenever technically possible (only two stages cannot be shortened). Your path will take you above the D’ourdou Valley to reach Figeac, a magnificent, lively town rich in heritage. Your steps will lead you towards Cajarc before reaching Cahors, a magnificent city bathed by the Lot River and where the Valentré Bridge makes a pact with the devil. Then it will take courage to reach Lascabanes in one go, but the rest will be more gentle, reaching Montcuq and its square tower, Lauzerte, then Moissac and its abbey, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
